  • Mark Procter

    CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

    A former Head of Factual-Entertainment at Discovery Networks, Mark managed a team of international executives and an annual budget in excess of £50m for 160+ hours of features, factual doc-series and factual-entertainment programming for the network’s channel portfolio.

    From working-class Northeast roots, he is an accomplished Showrunner with credits on all UK Networks and was instrumental in multi-platform projects supporting many hit BBC brands.

  • Georgina Surtees

    CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

    Across 20 years in the TV industry, Georgina has become one of the most respected production heads in the UK, both in independent production and as a channel executive.

    Having built her career at powerhouse producers, Georgina spent almost a decade overseeing over 700-hours per year across all of Discovery Networks brands in the UK, Germany, Turkey, Middle East, The Netherlands, Poland and Russia as Senior Director of Production Management.

  • Peter Usher

    CREATIVE DIRECTOR

    Peter is a proven business-winner, selling formats to all major broadcasters in the UK as well as his own game show, PARANOIA, to CBS in America.

    During 12 years at RDF Television, he grew their entertainment arm with shows such as DON’T FORGET THE LYRICS, TIPPING POINT and SING IF YOU CAN before enjoying further success as the first Creative Director of the entertainment label, Fizz.

  • Ros Attille

    HEAD OF CHILDREN’S & YOUNG AUDIENCES

    With over 25 years’ experience in Children’s TV, Ros has worked with some of the most enduring and well-known brands whilst in senior positions at DISNEY, SKY, GMTV KIDS and pioneering indie producer RAGDOLL.

    Formerly Head of Preschool Development at BBC STUDIOS KIDS & FAMILY, Ros has created, developed and executive produced many returning hit shows, including JOJO & GRAN GRAN, YOLANDA’S BAND JAM, GRACE’S AMAZING MACHINES and BIGGLETON.
